Nestor is a DXF nesting tool operated by COZEN Holdings LLC at nestorspace.com. By using Nestor, you agree to these terms.
Using Nestor
Nestor is free to use today. We may change, limit, or stop any part of it, or an account, at any time.
Your files and information
By adding a file to Nestor or requesting a quote, you give COZEN Holdings LLC permission to keep, copy, use and share the file and the information with it, including with suppliers and other businesses, as we see fit and without asking you first. Do not add a file that is confidential or that you do not have the right to share.
Quote requests
A quote request asks us for a price. It is not an order, and we may answer it, pass it to a supplier, or decline it.
Nests and estimates
Nests, drawings, and cut time estimates are provided as they are, without warranty. Check them before you cut anything. To the extent the law allows, COZEN Holdings LLC is not responsible for material, machine time, or parts lost through using Nestor.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
